Description
This tree is located in the woods between Apeldoorn and Assel,in the Netherlands. The legend goes, that Napoleon slept under this tree, and there's actually quite a bit of material found about it in local libraries. Altough the tree has been dead for quite a while, it's being left alone by local autorities, so that it can decay and fall apart in peace. Whether Napoleon's roof for a night or not; the tree, and the scenery in this area, is amazingly beautiful.
